Funds are released to the expert after partial or full job completion, based on the agreement.

3. Commission

300usta.com earns revenue by deducting a fixed commission from the total payment before releasing funds to the expert. This is agreed upon before service begins.

4. Legal Responsibility

300usta.com acts as an intermediary, not as an employer, contractor, or service provider.
We are not responsible for damages, delays, or losses resulting from services rendered by third-party experts.
Disputes will be resolved based on the terms agreed in the signed contract between customer and expert.

5. User Conduct

Users must not:

Submit false requests
Misrepresent their identity
Attempt to bypass 300usta.com for direct deals

Violations may result in a ban from the platform.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if:

The expert fails to perform agreed tasks
The job cannot be completed due to verified circumstances
The customer cancels before the work begins, per contract terms

All refunds are subject to review and approval.
